Hanno Fischer born 1924 died on Nov 25th 2024 shortly after his 100th birthday. He dedicated his whole professional to aviation - as an active pilot from the age of 14 flying gliders and as a military pilot flying FW 190 and as a test pilot performing personally the maiden flights of all the 15 aircraft which he designed and finally flying his personal light aircraft RW3 as pilot in command until the age of 96. Hanno Fischer was an enthusiastic aviation pioneer and his visions and innovations in ground effect technology will remain alive.

 

Hanno Fischer, geboren 1924, starb am 25. November 2024 kurz nach seinem 100. Geburtstag. Er widmete sein ganzes Berufsleben der Luftfahrt - als aktiver Pilot seit seinem 14. Hanno Fischer war ein begeisterter Luftfahrtpionier und seine Visionen und Innovationen in der Bodeneffekttechnologie werden weiterleben.
